Minneapolis/St. Paul on the Minnesota/Canadian Border, Crane
Lake is your gateway to the BWCAW and to Voyageurs National
Park, our nation's only water access park.
From your own dock
you can explore our chain of wilderness lakes traveling from
Crane to Sandpoint, Namakan, Kabetogama and
Rainy Lakes in one direction. A right-hand
turn from Sandpoint Lake leads you to Little
Vermilion, Loon and Lac La Croix. Great
fishing for Walleye, Northern Pike,
Smallmouth Bass, Crappie and Trout. Boating,
wildlife, birding, site seeing, swimming,
hiking, and just plain relaxing will be
yours.
Boat rentals, guide service and wilderness
adventures? All can be arranged for you.
Golf course? There is one a mere 15 minutes
away. Restaurants and gift shops? Crane Lake
offers the finest!
Bayside Retreat features a main level living
room, kitchen with updated appliances,
dining area, two bedrooms and a full bath.
The lake-facing, lower-level walkout offers
a large family room, two bedrooms plus a
'sleeping nook', bath and laundry room. There are a total of 4
bedrooms in the home. Backyard deck and
propane grill compliment the setting. The
front yard features a fire ring, picnic area
and private dock. With 2,400 square feet of
living space, this home can comfortably
accommodate nine people.
Other amenities include: Central A/C,
satellite TV, DVD, wireless high speed
internet, gas and charcoal grills,
dishwasher, washer & dryer, phone (bring
your own phone card for long distance),
kitchen utensils, linens and games, puzzles
